How can I remove market and language selection below the footer?

Hi,

How can I remove this market and language selection that shows below the footer? I'm using Dawn theme. 

I already have such option in the header and in the footer as well. I don't need another option, and this one does not follow any formatting.

Normally you'd enable/disable the selectors through the theme editor, but it looks like the extra selectors are being rendered by an app. Check your installed apps and remove the one that is adding the extra selectors.
