Not showing for me, see the screenshot. Doesn't show if I switch between single purchase and subscription either.

But for me the dynamic checkout button is PayPal while in your screenshot it's Apple Pay, so it's possible that text only shows for Apple Pay (which I don't have).

I tried making font-size 0px, but current value already as an !important

It's probably being added dynamically by Shopify, might even be a requirement by Apple for using Apple Pay. Try contacting support and ask them if they can remove it or make it less obtrusive.
