How can I remove the Paypal credit pop up from my homepage?

I would like to remove the Paypal credit pop up on my home page. I contacted Paypal and they said it's a Shopify code that can be turned off. I want to keep Paypal as a payment option, just no Paypal credit pop up.

Hi, 

I would like to take the Pay Pal credit pop up notification off the bottom of my homepage. Still want to use paypal as a payment option just don't want the pay papal credit option at the moment. Someone else wrote in regarding this and mentioned something about it being a Shopify code that needs to be removed. Could somebody please help. Thankyou.
