How can I reorder payment methods in checkout?

Hello!

I have a problem. I have 3 payment methods in my shop: fast payment, bank deposit and cash on delivery. The most important for me is fast payment, but bank deposit is set by default so my clients have this option chosen and have to change it. I haven't find an option to change the order of them, but it seems to be quite important option.

checkout page customization allow only for shopify plus plan do you have this?

Actually I dont have plus plan. I figured it out using alphabetical changes in names of payments.

Having a similar issue where we need to change the hierarchy of the payment options at checkout. The current default payment option selected is Credit Card. We have a second payment option available below this and we would like this moved so that it available above/before Credit Card and the radio button is selected by default. This second payment option is called PayFlex (which is alphabetically sits after Credit Card - obviously).
You mentioned having "figured it out using alphabetical changes in the names of payments". We have tried for hours to do something similar but just cannot seem to get it right...

Please could you elaborate a little on what steps we could try follow in order to achieve our goal.
(I know your post was some time ago, but any help on this would be greatly appreciated)
