How can I replicate theme changes between different markets?

Hi,

We have two markets Australia and New Zealand, with almost identical designs which we would like to replicate. We have been doing theme customisations on one market and would like to copy the same changes to the other.

Is there a way to copy theme changes from one market to another? Or do changes need to be duplicated per market?
