Hoping someone can help me,

I want to make my logo bigger on Shopify Berlin theme, ive tried loads but just can't seem to find the answer.

also is it normal that on desktop and mobile logo shows but when I put on full width page it doesn't

Could you go to your Online store > Themes > Customize, check on Header or Theme settings, if it has an option to upload logo for desktop and mobile?

How can I resize my logo on the Berlin theme?
