How can I resize portrait videos on my Dawn themed site?

I have an issue across many pages of my site where the portrait videos look giant on desktop. I need to use embed to get the video to show. Is there a way I can modify code to help? Here is a sample page: https://genuineessiac.com/pages/sheep-sorrel I use Dawn theme.
