How can I search products by title only?

When searching Products items are included in the results if they contain the search term anywhere in the listing. This often brings up a lot of irrelevant results for me. Is there any setting whereby I can set the search to be done on the TITLE field only?

Yea, I would like to know this as well.  Our searches are not very relevant at all.
