How can I track customer item exchanges for inventory restocking?

Hi there!

I was wondering if you could help with a question:
 
When a customer exchanges an item this “sale” happens in their previous purchase and does not show up on daily orders so we don’t know to restock this item in stores from our workroom.
 
Could you please tell us how we can view a report of exchanged items?
 
 
Eg at Knuefermann:
Robyn Scott Vincent purchased a Halston Jungle on the 20th Sept which was a swap for the zulu dress purchased 9th sept so the transaction appears in this day (9th), however because we are at the office we would not know that this has happened as it does not pop up in the daily orders so we don’t know to restock and the items will be missing in store - could you please advise?

Hi Turet,

 

You can instruct your sales person to add replaced tag in order for which replacement happens, then you can create filter view in orders having tag replaced.
