How can I update my Impulse theme from 2018-2019?

I purchased Impulse theme I believe around 2018-2019 and I am not sure how to update to the newer version and for some reason I do not remember if I purchased from Shopify or directly from Archtype.

I am sure that you have purchased it from shopify. The process is little longer and after updating it , you need to set up whole website manually from scratch.

How does one accomplish this without disrupting the current website?

I have a site running on Impulse 4.1.4 and would like to upgrade the Impulse theme to the latest version.

No need to purchase the theme anymore. Just need to download and customize it.

When I downloaded to update the Impulse Theme, I was able to manage it in editor, but I noticed that when I go to customize it through the admin- it has a black screen. Is that normal or do I have to contact Arch

Heyy I'm nottt sure if you fixed it but I am struggling to copy everything over, I found this article which helped massively so I hope it helps you too 🙂

Yes, I found it this morning! Thank you for the info. It did help, but I am a novice at this and it still can be a bit challenging but it sure did help. Thank you again.
