How do I access free theme support on Shopify?

Hi,

I have just found out that Shopify offers up to 60 minutes free theme support if the theme is a Shopify theme.

How do I access this?

All you need is to click on shopify Support and then choose chat option write connect me Support Advisor , they will ask you to login and then after 5 minutes  shopify Support will talk to you directly.

You can ask them all the things you  need regarding your theme. They will guide you and help you.

I recommend you not use all your minutes in one time because you may need them in the future for some advise.

Yes, merchants using free Shopify themes are entitled to 60 minutes' worth of design support from our themes department. To access this, please contact our support team and outline what changes you would like to be made. They can then escalate this request to our themes team and they can make these changes for you.
