How do I add a customizable size chart in descriptions?

I'm planning on adding the dimensions of every unique item to my clothing shop with the description, how do I make a customizable table? I've looked at so many tutorials and they are mostly just static one size fits all size charts and it's not suitable for my situation.

I would love to make one exactly like the screenshot, with just the lines instead of the ugly basic table grid. This site has the unique dimensions of each product in this format, instead of a one size fits all size chart, so I know it's possible! Help is very appreciated.
