How do I add a text to a collection page on a default theme

Hey All 

I have a problem here and would kindly like you guys to help me out.

I am using a Default Theme and I am trying to add a text underneath the Collection Pages. Shown in the photo below is a Bathing & Cleaning Collection. I would like to add a text underneath the items, however there is no 'Rich text' Option or any other options to be added in this collection page 

HELP ! How do I add a 'Rich Text'. Im sure coding is needed, and I can do it with a step by step procedure, is that something someone can help me with!!!!
