How do I add navigation to my theme?

I don't have navigation but how do I add this 😞 ?

Hey @JGBowie 

You can add navigation to your theme by going to Content > Menus in your Shopify admin. Create or edit a menu, then assign it to a section in your theme (like the header or footer) through Online Store > Themes > Customize.
