How do I center align the Leave a comment and Post comment button in my blogpost pages?

Struggling to to center align the heading and also the "Post comment" button at bottom. Additionally, I'm not understanding why the top half of the input fields are cut out and not showing until I hover over it. I'm using the free Sense theme if that is useful to know!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
