How do I change the colour of the colour/size/varient field for mobile view?

Hope someone is able to come up with a solution! I have no clue on coding and I've just been relying on google and other people having the same issue. So I've managed to change the colour of the fields to white like I wanted, however it appears grey on a mobile device. Not too sure how to fix this one up. Website is www.junnierex.com and the password is junniesstore, I'm using the Spotlight theme.
