How do I change the default font of my blog titles?

I'm trying to set up my blog and noticed the default font for my blog titles (when viewing in the 'blogs overview') is not consistent with my theme default heading font. 

Attached is a pic – The blog title is "Light & Shadow". I need to change this font to the same style as "Journal" (capitalized Tenor Sans), except a smaller font size. How would I do this? I'm using the Impulse theme. Thanks!
