How do I change the product photo display in the GEM theme?

In the GEM theme, the product photos are stacked one on top of the other so you have to scroll a long way to see all the photos. How do I change it so only the selected photo is regular size and the rest are thumbnails underneath? Photos attached for reference. The first is my current page and the second is what I'm trying to achieve.

Hi@liz-co hopefully theme Official Documentation will solve your issue it can be change in the Customizer

Online Store > Theme Customize > Product Template > Product Image Gallery

Thank you. The official documentation was useless but you information pointed me in the right direction and I was able to find the settings I needed to change.
