How do I change the text on the product page by Shopify Flow?

Hi,

When the item is at the loccation where its name includes the word as the attached imgae, I would like to change the button text SOLD OUT to ON HOLD on the product page.

Could anyone guide me how to do this? Which action should I choose and how do I edit the code on the product poge?
