How do i changes the icon images and the paragraph that appears on Google search

I would like to know how can i add my logo on the world icon (Yellow colour ) and also change the text below (red colour).

I went through the process and realized that I do have my logo image on
the favicon section and it seens to appear when the person enters the
website but not on Google search favicon.
