How do I create a Thank you page

Would greatly appreciate the help here?

I have a subscribe button on my shopify site and would like to have that shoot to a Thank you page upon entering your email.

I just want a simple thank you page that includes the main nav, footer, area for content (thank you) and area for image.

I would like to do the same. I have a shopify newsletter on our footer and when a visitor submits their email, it stays on the same page and flashes a "thank you for subscribing" line. However, for google ads, we want to add a new page that says "Thank you for subscribing"... and other messaging to appear on this new thank you page. How can I do that?
