How do I delete a domain in my ecommerce platform?

Hi, please can someone help.

I have 1 primary domain in shopify and 3 more underneath which directs me to the primary one. There is no option to manage and delete, even when clicking on each domain. I decided to change the name mid process through developing my shop and that name is stuck despite changing the primary details. Please can someone look into this, i have watched youtube videos and checked the shopify forum and there is no information on how this can be handled.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Could you confirm with us if you are logged into the admin of the online store, by any chance? In order to remove domains that are directed to the online store, you will need to be the store owner.

With that being said, if you can confirm that you are the admin of the online store and you cannot remove the domains in questions. It would be best to reach out to our live support to have a further look by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.

Once you successfully login, you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the domains.
