How do I enlarge or edit the navigation menu?

hi there,

im currently using the free dawn theme and im trying to customize my navigation mneu appearance but cannot find any settings anywhere.

so im wondering is there a code i can input or do i need a different theme all together?

I checked that page, but I didn't see anything there that listed how to enlarge the Navigation Menu at least not with the Dawn theme. Do you have that code? Can you please help?
