How do I get a button in my custom content section

Hello I would be grateful for any help anybody can provide.

I am wondering how to make a button to click a link in my custom content. I want it to be a button just like the black shop now button in picture below. I would then like it to redirect to a link. I provided a picture of the section I want it to go into. 

My theme is impulse

@benjamids - you can try html code and then use css to make it like the button you want, little custom coding is needed

1] right click on that shop now button,

2] copy its html,

3] put it in your custom html and

4] change link as per the need
