How do i get price to adjust based on items selected?

Hi, I'm having issues adding options that displays price change when adding multiple items while shopping store. I have multiple options available for them to select, but doesn't calculate the total amount when adding multiples, is it because i have a 3rd party theme? I need help (>T-T<).
