So, I am trying to figure out how to increase the size of logo (the blut one) on my checkout page. Is it possible to do?

You can try this code by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.

Step 2: Search file base.css

Step 3: Paste the below code at bottom of the file -> Save

}

Sorry to let you know, editing/changing the checkout pages varies what shopify plan you take. If you are shopify plus plan you can do some edits/changes on this page. You can check it here
