How do i make a one pager landing page on Dawn theme?

As mentioned in the title i want to create a landing page that is not scrollable as there simply is supposed to be a animation running and the rest to be accessional through the burger menu on the top left.

Everywhere else you should be able to scroll.

I've tried some different codes myself and asked chatgpt for help but nothing seems to work.

If somebody would be so kind to help me with a solution I'd be very thankful!

@invisus  you can create custom liquid section on home page to add animation you want and add only menu to this page, from this page people can go to other pages using menu

It's not about the animation, it's about changing the landing page to a onepager that isn't scrollable. Meaning, the wanted effect is you can't move the main landing page, the page that opens when you enter the website.
