How do i make my vendor title click to collection on Studio

How can i make it so on my collection pages and product pages the vendor text is clickable and will direct to it's collection. e.g. i'm selling books, and have the author's name as the vendor. I want to be able to click on the author's name which will direct me to another collection for that specific author.

For collections you'd do similar finding the relative product-grid section or snippet, or sub related snippets.

You may also want to take a look at metaobjects web-page feature that would let you create author pages outside of collections and products.

Hi @PaulNewton thanks for getting back to me and giving some options!

I saw this page come up, but when I followed the instructions it didn't appear to work, and realised that there OP also had this issue. When I input the code provided by support it comes up with multiple titles and in blue hyperlink text, which is was the OP had issues with and unsure if (or how) they managed to resolve the issue.

Hello @deadrosesuk ,

By default this feature is not available when we click on a vendor and it will redirect  to the target  collection.

To achieve this we need to create a global metafield from where admin can define which vendor belongs to which collection.
Once this part is done then we can make a connection b/w vendor text link.
