How do I navigate to a blank page from the menu?

You can add this code to theme.liquid file before </body> tag and check if it works

basically what I want is that when I choose from menu "FAQ" it will direct me to page "FAQ" and whatever will be there isn't affect on the "About us " page

I got it. You add FAQ section in page using the same page template so it appear same section for both 2 pages. Please create separate templates for each page so it will not appear the same section for all pages.
