How do i receive the exact version of dawn theme from the demo shop?

When I download the theme, it gives me a half edited version with some of my information and images I used on a different theme, footer info all gone etc. I want it exactly the way it is in the demo so I can replace that text and images with my own and delete the icons and things I don't want to keep. So basically starting from scratch, without any media or changes made.

-Download the Latest Dawn Theme:

    Go to the Shopify Theme Store.

    Search for the "Dawn" theme.

    Click on the "Try theme" or "Add to theme library" button. This will add the latest version of the Dawn theme to your Shopify admin.

How does one do the below exactly? I am not a programmer and don't know coding.
