Hi there, 

 

How do I remove the filter option as it is not showing all my products?

Thanks for your message, I would be happy to help you out with this. 

You can disable the filtering or "Sorting" feature in the debut theme by following these steps: 

  • Head to Online store > Themes > Customize
  • Select "Collection pages" from the dropdown menu
  • De-select "Enable sorting" you can also disable "Tag Filtering" if you wish

If you only have one collection set up, you may need to select "Default collection" from the dropdown menu instead:


However, your products not showing up may not be caused by the tagging or filtering option on your theme, it may be in relation to an issue with your navigation or collections set up in general. May I have a link for your store and the collection in question to take a closer look into what you mean?
