how do i remove the empty button from my empty cart page in dawn theme

To complete your requests, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Theme > Edit code > main-cart-card item liquid file 
2. Remove the </a> tag here

Step 2: click on theme.liquid and paste the code above the </head>
