How do we add SMS capture to the Impulse theme? - Shopify Community

Hi there!

We just installed the Impulse Shopify theme and cannot figure out how to capture phone numbers/SMS in the Join Now footer. It only allows us to collect email addresses. Can anyone help us add this functionality? We are not very technical... haha. Thanks so much in advance!
