How do we remove "Free shipping for orders over" bar?

We have tried to remove this bar for some time now but we can't get rid of it.

I doesn't seem to be anywhere in the configuration, and we even tried with a new theme and it's still there.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I checked the code and it looks like this bar is created by an app by Hextom, probably this one: https://apps.shopify.com/free-shipping-bar
Are you sure that you don't have this app installed?

Hello Alex @Alextidstrom You should check all the apps installed on your store at the moment, maybe install and re-install them to see if any is causing the current issue.
