How do you craft a Mega Menu item with an Image in the menu

Hello, 

New to shopify themes but not new to customizing or working with CMSs

I have been tasked with creating a mega menu with text and image items inside the mega menu navigation with current free navigation themes... 

Please see visual example below...

OR, does a theme with this type of menu already exist? Or is this something I can assemble with current theme mega menu nav and include an image within the flyout?

If possible, please include a sample code snippet or example Nav customization.

I hope you are doing great 
regarding the functionality and loop of your menu, I can easily be done by using third party App
