How do you remove the text hover colour on only the first sub categoy

Hello 

I want to remove the white text hover you get from just the initial subcategory and not all of then. 

so i went to remove the white from the underline text but keep it on the sub sub categories 

i want to keep what is shown in the first image but delete what is boxed in the second image. 

can someone please help.
