How the change the scroll settings on Referesh theme on shopify?

Hello!

I need help figuring out how to change the scroll settings on my website. I'm currently using the "Refresh" theme and overall, I'm satisfied with the design. The only problem I'm having is the header bar takes up a lot of space and it covers some parts while scrolling down and it takes half the page, I would like to make it smaller. I'm wondering if there's a way to stop this or make the header bar narrower.

Did you try to reduce these spacing values?

Or you can stop the sticky header while scrolling down by setting this to "None"

I missed the drop-down menu on the sticky header. So simple and easy fix!
