How to add a background color to the page heading and change the font color? DAWN THEME

Hi Everyone,

Please refer to the picture below: 

as you can see image 1 has the page header in a black ground and white font color and I would like to replicate the same design for the header text "Get In Touch With Us" in image 2

Please note that image 1 is a products collections page and this is the following URL for the page:
