How to add a horizontal info bar like the image attached?

Hey guys, I'm trying to add a section to my website similar to this image here.

 Specifically the section that has the icons and says "Delivery all over the world" etc..

Is this possible to do in a free theme? My theme is Refresh and I have created an image similar to the one above for my website but slideshow, image banner etc.. all don't work.

Hi @ssfc there is default announcement bar in shopify refresh theme, if you are not liking it then you need to add the custom code to accomplish the same, without custom code you will not be able to accomplish the same.

If you will unable to implement the same then I'm happy to do this for you, let me know. I can implement the code changes so that this will work well for you.
