How to add a mandatory NDA checkbox at checkout for specific products?

Hi guys. I am trying to have a checkbox at checkout that says "Agree to NDA." and customers must check it and fill out the form before they are able to complete their purchase. I've tried the ROAR terms and agreements Shopify app but it is not working. I only need this pop up for my courses, not for my digital downloads as well. Is there an easy way to do this? The link to my NDA is on Vagaro.

You can try to do this:

• Go to Settings -> Check out -> Form options -> Create custom field
• Make sure to set the field type to "Checkbox" and check the "Required" checkbox to make it mandatory.
• Add a link to your NDA in the field description.
• Set the custom checkbox field to only show up for your courses. To do this, you can use the "Conditional logic" feature in the custom field settings. Add a condition that restricts the checkbox to only show up for the products or collections that correspond to your courses.
• Save and test
