How to add a "How it Works" section or "Steps with icons" in Dawn them on Order page

hello - i am using Dawn theme.  I would like to add something like this under my Order page:

or like this (more specifically what is below the payment icons):

I am not familiar with coding, only very basic so please give details if you know how to achieve this.

In dawn theme has option name Icons with text, you can add this option in Online Store > Themes > Customize > Products > Default product
