How to add a side message box to the all products page (DAWN 14)

I'm currently using the DAWN 14 theme for my website, and I'm looking to add a side message box to the page where all my products are located (similar to the example in the screenshot below).

Is there an app or CSS code that someone could recommend for this purpose?
