How to add a sticky add to cart button on Dawn?

Hello - I've been looking for a solution for adding a sticky add to cart. I found a solution on youtube that works great for desktop, but it's not working for mobile. Any help?

You'll have to do the correction on the desktop before been optimized on your phone
