How to add alt text to images loaded on a product metafield

i would like to add an alt text to images loaded in product metafields. How can I?

should I modify the theme (I use Sense)?

If, as I am terrified to hear, the answer is yes, anyone could write the code to copy? Pls, pls, pls

You can add alt for it yourself at each image metafields. Refer:
