How to add an additional menu theme block to the Shopify Debut footer.

I'd like to have all of the links in the footer of my site look alike in a table-like format. Multiple menu theme blocks can be added to the footer of the Debut Theme, but the same content appears in them all. Different content will display in multiple text theme blocks, but underlines appear beneath any links placed in those.

How would one go about adding an additional menu theme block where different page links can be added? Or is there a way to stop the underlines from showing in links in text theme block?
