How to add an image to the announcement bar Dawn Theme?

I've found a code someone posted on youtube but it changes only the main area of the announcement bar but not the sides. I want it full width. Can someone help me with that?

So I've tried to paste these codes to sections</>announcement-bar.liquid and it added a new strip in full width, which is not what I was asking. I want to make the custom image in full width
