Please follow these steps to accomplish this using a third-party app:

Step 1: Install and activate the Product Labels & Badges app.

Step 2: Set up a badge or price badge campaign with your desired text, and add a variable named {discount_percentage} by clicking on the three dots.

Step 3: Select the products on which you want the label to appear in the Product settings section. If you wish the label to display automatically on discounted products, utilize the Discount range option.
