How To Add Horizontal Drop-down Menu With Sliding Effect?

Hello, 

Our store https://www.toylandtreasures.com.au/ currently has a horizontal drop-down menu (see custom css in image attached).

I am looking to add a manual sliding feature to this menu so smaller desktop screens can see all categories.

Would appreciate any assistance in custom css to make this happen!
