How to add icons to product page with different products

The products I am currently selling utilize different fabric technologies, so I would like to add an icon feature below the description on my product pages to showcase the technologies used in each product. I am using the Ella theme and would like to ask how I can achieve this functionality. I have already tried using metafields, but I couldn’t find my custom metafields under the “Custom Tab” interface in the Ella theme. Could someone please help me with this? Thank you very much!
