How to add language flag selector icons on header? - Dawn

Hi! I'd love to add two flag icons on my Dawn theme on the header announcement to change the language. I use as translation app the "Translate & Adapt" free app, I have the site with two languages (ITA & ENG). Is it possible to add such icons, on the top right as in the following image? Thank you 🙂
